Returns & Refunds

Every arrangement is designed with roses that are guaranteed to remain fresh for at least 7 days when kept in a cool location, away from direct sunlight, with clean water changed every 2 days.

If your roses wilt significantly within 7 days despite proper care, contact us with photos and we will replace the affected stems or issue store credit.

If your arrangement arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and send them to us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims made after 24 hours cannot be honored.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, or the recipient refuses the delivery, no refund is issued. We can attempt redelivery at an additional charge.

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund because materials have already been sourced.
