Shipping Policy

We deliver only within Miami-Dade County (ZIP codes 33010–33299). This includes Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Aventura, Doral, Hialeah, Kendall, and surrounding neighborhoods.

If your ZIP code is not covered, please contact us on WhatsApp at +1 786 838 5973 to arrange a custom quote.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Miami time) qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM. For time-sensitive orders (birthdays, proposals, events), please message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to accommodate a specific window.

If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe location (front door, concierge, doorman). We are not responsible for damage or theft after successful drop-off. For gated communities, please include the gate code in the delivery notes.

A flat delivery fee applies at checkout and varies by ZIP code. Special routes outside Miami-Dade are quoted individually.
