Atalanta Floral Studio is a floral design studio based at 11110 W 35th Ct Unit 6305, Hialeah FL 33018, serving Miami-Dade County.

All prices are listed in US Dollars and exclude any applicable delivery fees or taxes displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Charges for cancelled orders are fully refunded.

Because flowers are seasonal and sourced fresh, we reserve the right to substitute individual stems, foliage, or containers with items of equal or greater value while preserving the design's overall look and feel.

Promotional codes are valid one time per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and may expire without prior notice.

See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, cutoffs, and windows. Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including missed events or emotional distress.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County.
